To begin with; Download and install Magus MBOX conversion tool to convert multiple MBOX files into your desirable file format. Once you install and launch the tool; following screen will appear.
Next, click on "Select File" button to browse the MBOX file. This button allows you to select the MBOX file for conversion.
Next, browse the MBOX file present in your machine. As shown in the image below you have to choose the file and click "open".
After adding the MBOX file, following screen will appear. Click on "Browse" button to search for the destination where you would like to save the PST file after conversion.
Now, in order to perform MBOX to PST file conversion; choose the "PST file" option in drop down menu as shown in the image below.
Next, click on the "Convert" button to start the MBOX to PST file conversion process.
Once the conversion is finished, following pop up message will appear. You can click on ok button to close this window.
Now, the PST file created and you can open the PST file in MS Outlook as shown below. I am using MS Outlook 2010 here. For this, you have to go to File >> Open >> Open Outlook Data file
As you select the "Open Outlook Data File" option, you can browse the converted PST file and view the name of the file in your MS Outlook account; as shown below. Next, expand the file to view emails in it.
Select the HTML file format to perform MBOX to HTML conversion. The screen will appear as shown below
Next, click on the "convert" button to begin the conversion. The progress bar will show you the status of conversion, as shown below.
Next, browse the MBOX file present in your machine. As shown in the image below you have to choose the file and click "open".
Select the EML file format to perform MBOX to EML conversion. The screen will appear as shown below
Next, click on the "convert" button to begin the conversion. The progress bar will show you the status of conversion, as shown below.
Once the MBOX file conversion finishes, you will see the message shown in the image below.
Select the MSG file format to perform MBOX to MSG conversion. The screen will appear as shown below
Next, click on the "convert" button to begin the conversion. The progress bar will show you the status of conversion, as shown below.
Once the MBOX file conversion finishes, you will see the message shown in the image below.
