To begin with; Download and install Magus OST conversion tool to convert multiple OST files into your desirable file format. Once you install and launch the tool; following screen will appear.
Next, click on "Select File" button to browse the OST file. This button allows you to select the OST file for conversion.
Next, browse the OST file present in your machine. As shown in the image below you have to choose the file and click "open".
After adding the OST file, following screen will appear. Click on "Browse" button to search for the destination where you would like to save the PST file after conversion.
Now, click on "Browse" button to search for the destination where you would like to save the PST file after the conversion.
Next, choose the file format which you want to opt for conversion.
Now, in order to perform OST to PST file conversion; click on "Convert File" button as shown below. By default "PST" option is selected. If you want to save the file in any other format then you can click on the dop down and select any suitable option.
As you click on "Convert File" button, following screen will appear. The progress bar will show you the percentage of data being converted.
Once the conversion is finished, following pop up message will appear. You can click on ok button to close this window.
Now, the PST file created and you can open the PST file in MS Outlook as shown below. I am using MS Outlook 2010 here. For this, you have to go to File >> Open >> Open Outlook Data file
As you select the "Open Outlook Data File" option, you can browse the converted PST file and view the name of the file in your MS Outlook account; as shown below. Next, expand the file to view emails in it.
Select the MBOX file file format to perform OST to MBOX conversion and the screen will appear as shown below
Next, click on the "convert" button to begin the conversion. The progress bar will show you the status of conversion, as shown below.
Next, browse the OST file present in your machine. As shown in the image below you have to choose the file and click "open".
